At Las Shilas Mexican Street Food, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. Since our products are fresh, made-to-order food items, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to be happy with your order, so please review the following policy:
Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong dish, please contact us immediately at (604) 880-1668 (Downtown location) or (778) 874-1668 (Vancouver location). We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either by replacing the item, providing a refund or store credit.
Food Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your meal, please let us know within the same day of your purchase. While we do not offer cash refunds for taste preferences, we may provide a replacement or credit at our discretion.
Delivery Issues
If your order was placed through a third-party delivery service (such as Uber Eats), please contact them directly for delivery-related concerns (delays, missing items, or refunds).
